We arrived almost 7 in the evening at the hotel. The check in was very smooth and they welcome us with 4 glass of tea and 4 bottled water and some mini biscuits. The staffs at the reception is very friendly and always smiling. I think this hotel has a very affordable price for families, they almost have what you need and they are very friendly and they are really willing to help. It has a clean room with very cold air condition (unlike the other hotel) , a balcony, a mini fridge and a television. The breakfast is superb , (buffet) you have lot of choices and staffs are friendly too. Even we arrived at almost 9:30 you can still have hot breakfast and many choices of juice. I recommend if you stay at Stresa hotel you take the breakfast. They have also have a 10% discount card if you want to eat at the restaurant nearby. Highly Recommended.
