A beautiful, architecturally outstanding, small hotel with attention to detail for guests and appearance. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful accommodating every need, with good recommendations to restaurants and sites. The restaurant was the best we experienced in Trani with novel yet delicious dishes. The spa was a fantastic surprise. Trani is a small town with easy access to multiple places to visit a short drive away.

We were travelling as a group of seven, and the outdoor area was much appreciated for chatting and planning the day together. Checking in was a simple process. DEAS was well located for our needs, and breakfast at a local Cafe was a bit of a highlight with the staff there looking after us well. DEAS was very clean and the decor a delight.

Super friendly, caring and understanding host who patiently waited for us in the apartment to check in while we were late. We left a day earlier and it was not a problem at all. Very clean room with a comfy bed. The voucher system for the breakfast in a café nearby is simple and the breakfast includes a coffee, a juice, a water and a delicious croissant. A supermarket is in 5 min walking distance.

I Don't know where to begin. Firstly, the location was perfect. Just a few feet to the harbor where everything is happening, especially at night. Also, only a short walk to most of the sites to see. Secondly, we have traveled all over italy, some for business, but mostly for leasure. Parking is usually a problem. In southern Italy, it is an acute issue due to pedestrian only zones, certain times of the day and permit parking only on the streets. That is not to say that you cannot find a parking lot, but usually it is not close. Palazzo Bianchi is situated very close to free parking, a 5 minute walk from Palazzo. This issue is usually underrated when picking place to stay, but it is very important. Thirdly, Simone was our contact at the Palazzo. She was fantastic. She arranged everything when we arrived and anything we asked for was promptly received. We really appreciated her attention. Fourthly, the Palazzo was very secure. Fifthly, the apartment was a good size, not small.

Spectacular view. Beautifully furnished, excellent shower, quality linens, and so many extra special touches from our gracious and helpful host, Claudia. Delicious breakfast delivered to our door from a nearby cafe bar to be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the port, along with a selection of other breakfast items provided by the host, including fresh fruit. This accommodation wowed us. Trani is a beautiful city filled with fabulous bars, restaurants, and beautiful spaces. Don’t hesitate to add it to your Puglia itinerary!
