Amazing location to the beach. Perfect size for a couple. Linens were great and having access to all of the beach things that we needed and laundry was amazing.

Amazing find! It was the cutest micro property that was perfectly designed. It was clean and we had everything we needed from basics in the room to beach gear that we could borrow for the day. Beach was one block away and that part of the beach was less crowded. Just loved the location. One staff member we saw was so lovely was stay was super affordable. All in all, amazing.

The condo was very roomy and clean. Balcony views of the ocean were exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was attentive to our needs. The property and grounds are well cared for.

We stayed at Brisa Del Mar to visit Kennedy Space center and it turned out to be an amazing choice! Everything is great about it - value for money, location, facilities, cleanliness. The apartment is just 3 min walk from the beach and about 15-20 min drive from Kennedy space center. It is fully equipped with everything! You can bake a cake if you want :) There were also beach toys, beach chairs, etc. it’s VERY convenient when you have small kids and need a home away from home.

Excellent location for both cruise terminals, beach and town! Deadbolt entry so it wasn’t a problem that we had been delayed upon arrival. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. Very spacious. Easy parking. And Jan was always available and so so helpful! Would definitely recommend!
