Páčilo sa nam všetko, personál bol genualny, Natial a Raul ďakujeme za všetko, ste najlepši ! Tento hotel bola najlepšia voĺba aku sme si mohli vybrať na svadobnú cestu. Skvelé miesto na relax, centrum bol na.skok od hotela. Každý deň 100% čistá izba a hlavne to ticho, myslile sme si že sme tam sami. Určite sa sem chceme ešte vrátiť.

V hoteli je k dispozícii recepcia s nepretržitou prevádzkou a reštaurácia.... This is a really beautiful, comfortable and modern hotel, perfect for relaxation. The staff were lovely and very obliging in providing all the tools needed for a great holiday. The food overall was very fresh and great quality with excellent selection for breakfast and dinner buffet. There is also a separate Italian restaurant with an a la carte menu. The hotel also offers a great variety of fitness classes daily (Yoga, Pilates etc) which was a great touch and the spa offers quality massages and other treatment to help you relax into your holiday. Would highly recommend.

Club del Carmen is just a few steps from Los Pocillos Beach, 25 minutes' walk from Lanzarote’s Playa Grande and 40 minutes' walk from Playa Chica beaches. Lovely clean appartments. All staff are amazing.

From the welcome I received from reception and the bell boy (that's what he called himself) to the chocolates left on my bed every evening, I thought the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake. I loved my room. it was so quiet and peaceful. It was like an oasis. I was there off peak so I don't know what my experience would be like at peak times. The floral smells from the gardens were amazing. Everywhere someone was cleaning and working. Breakfast was amazing. The choice superb. One of the reviews I read before staying here said the evening meals were limited so I didn't choose half board. However, I did use the restaurant one evening and OMG! the quality of food was amazing. The price brilliant. I ate stuff I'd never tried before. I understood what the review meant in that it's not the typical functional spread with everything laid out. There's lots of stuff laid out but you get to choose the starter and the main in addition to this from about 3 different choices a day from a menu which is then made to order and then brought to you. I loved it. My steak was divine. But I like food that's been prepared with extra detail and flair and is an experience to eat over functional style self-service eating. And you can eat those dishes how many times you want. If you're looking for Indian or Chinese takeaway type food and burgers and chips and tapas etc there are plenty of those places at Playa del Carmen which is 35 min walk away. I went and ate at a lavish looking restaurant on the strip that a friend recommended and paid double for okay food. I actually regretted leaving the hotel! If you're looking for a secluded stay where you're treated like royalty and fine dining come here. I was given five star treatment at a five star boutique hotel.

Ubytovanie Papá Totë Deluxe sa nachádza v destinácii Playa Honda 8 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Playa de Guacimeta a 800 metrov od miesta Playa la Concha. Very nice and friendly host, made me feel welcome at once. No problem with me arriving late. I really liked the interior design of the common room and my own, very relaxing and meditative, wish I could furniture my own home like this. I even had my own balcony terrace.
