Possibly the most comfortable mattress & pillows we've gotten in places of similar rating. Great to have access to a laundry room. What we loved the most: proper sunblock blinds & the hosts left ear plus in the nightstand which we had but think it's super helpful and attentive.

Located in Douglas and with Douglas Beach reachable within 100 metres, Halvard Hotel provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. This place is a gem! Absolutely wonderful hotel, superb location, friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome rooms. 5 stars all the way. First time I think I’ve ever come across complimentary minibar.

Nice walk to Port St Mary, Viking burial sites etc. very atmospheric pub and restaurant. Last but not least, wonderful owner and staff.

Inglewood asub Douglas'es, merest vaid 30 meetri kaugusel. Merevaatega majutusasutusel on ööpäev läbi avatud parkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location was great. We brought our car with us and street parking was plentiful and free. The hosts were wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent wifi.

In all my years of traveling there have been many helpful and dedicated hotel owners and staff, but none quite as friendly, helpful, and dedicated as Kevin and his wife. They really go out of their way to make everything outstanding, from the scrumptious breakfast, to travel and activities around the isle, and just lending a personal touch and care to your stay. The hotel itself: - Is centrally located - Is clean and well maintained (common area, rooms, and bathrooms) - Decor was traditional and beautiful - Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared to order within a short time. - Street parking is plentiful and free (there is a 2 hour time limit during working hours but if one needs more they can simply move to another spot nearby). - Is excellent value for money and an absolute steal at the price. Would love to return here during any future visits to the isle.

Merevaatega Halvard Apartments at Castletown asub Castletownis, 50 meetri kaugusel Rusheni lossist ja 22 km kaugusel TT Grandstandist. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass. The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. A perfect stay, thank you so much.
