Apartment was very large and had SMEG equipment, very nice touch.

Av. do Infante is a nice area of Funchal -- in comparison, Estrada Monumental feels a bit like "tourist hell." Staff was polished and very friendly and helpful overall.

Perched on a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean, this design hotel is within a renovated traditional farmhouse. Set on Madeira’s South Coast, Ponta do Sol has a stunning infinity pool and hot tub with panoramic views. Delicious breakfast, exceptional dinner and an infinite pool. For breakfast, you could choose from 5-6 warm meals (eggs, French toast, asparagus..) and a cold buffet (from cereals, croissants and local cheese to pastel de nata). The portions from the menu were smaller but in combination with the cold buffet, the breakfast was just awesome! We stayed in the with the "garden view ", however we could still see and hear the sea. The view was stunning.

It offers 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, a Spa and a sun deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the gardens. The lobby of the hotel was well appointed with great light and amazing view. Conveniently located with good parking. The beds were super comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. Breakfast buffet was very generous and they even included customized eggs. The hotel personnel were all nice and helpful

On the 1st floor, The Tale offers an ample veranda with sea views and a carefully prepared à la carte menu. Linha de Água offers light meals and salads by the outdoor pool. In addition, guests may enjoy live music and a cocktail at the 360 bar. Everything was amazing, be it service, staff, facilities, room service .... and for the price it was definitely more than worth - Definitely revisiting Plus the location is all you could ask for, super close to Funchal, Lido and Forum Madeira (everything is basically at walking distance)
