The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

Even though we had torrential rain for our entire trip (sub optimal indeed) the beauty of the place and the whales in the distance made our holiday restful and easy.
