Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Quite neighborhood, but had the disadvantage that there are no real close-by restaurants. There are however a few restaurants on some 15 tot 20 min walking distance, which was fine for us.

Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the River Tay and Broughty Ferry’s historic castle. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout Ashley House and all rooms have an en suite bathroom and a TV with a DVD player....

The guest house is beautifully homely. It's close to the university which I like. The room is of good size with two single sitters and a coffee table, and another table with two chairs good for some paper work or a meal. The breakfast is cooked customarily and the atmosphere of dining room cosy. We can eat take away meals in the dining room in the evening. There are microwave and refrigerator for guests use. Owner Robbie is friendly.
