Lovely rooms and a fabulous breakfast with lots of choice from fruit and cold meats and cheeses to a cooked breakfast. Manuela is a great host. The room was nice, spacious and very clean.

Housed in a 14th century building at the heart of Venice, Luxury Venetian Rooms is less than 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square and Basilica, and 250 metres from the Ducal Palace. We very much enjoyed the beauty of the room and the hotel in general. Everything was very clean and stunning. Walking into the hotel immediately felt like a good experience. He explained to me where I can find the parking and how to enter his establishment; which was through the bar. The bar/restaurant area was awesome with fresh produce. Breakfast was amazing! Outside of old city but that’s ok - quick walk down the hotel or drive in. Huge, clean, modern room and good value for money. Breakfast included in garden was very cute. Couple that hosted us was sweet and particular.
