Close for pick up for the river night cruise and our hosts dropped us off and picked us up at the Sarawak Cultural Village. Would totally recommend.

All the money changers were shut! I had to pay money at after reaching my hostel (Quiikcat), and obviously I needed some cash to survive. The lady at reception/caretaker, she was so sweet that she happily offered to give me cash and I could transfer to her bank account. She happily agreed to act as my moneychanger. It was extremely kind of her. Very friendly and easy going person. She would even suggest you places to visit, guide you with good restaurants nearby and what not. She gets 10/10 for her friendly nature and afterall its the people that makes any place good!
