Select rooms feature a private balcony. Everything was excellent with attention to detail from a personalized greeting card and a bottle of Apple cider. Special makeup towel, free laundry, and a nice coffee bar in the room. The mattress was literally the best I have ever slept in, with comfy sheets and a great view of the elk refuge. The staff was friendly and helpful (I had issues with third-party bookings) The room was cozy with a wooden ceiling and nice blinds instead of black out curtains. I will go there every time I visit Jackson.

Feels newly renovated, rooms are extremely clean and spacious and well appointed. Great location! 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice cafe lobby area where complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available all day.
