They went out of the way to make us happy. The friendly captain of the ship let us stand next to him and gave us tea when we went through Esna Lock, the staff was always helpful, the food was exceptional throughout. We booked a Presidential Suit because our son was with us. It had a sitting room, a very nice bathroom with excellent water pressure, fruits and snacks in the room, and came with free laundry service. We loved the whole experience. Historia may have timed the docking time at some ports so that the we could visit the ancient monuments when they were least crowded.

The food was very good and tasty. The cruise dock was centrally located in both Aswan and Luxor. The staff was very cooperative specially Mohamed at the reception, the cruise manager Mr. Khaled, the Tour operator Abdelrahman and the Tour guides Tamer & Mohamed. We felt as if we were living in the time of the pharaohs. This is the land they used to walk on, and these are their temples, their graves, and their monuments. We are proud that we are the descendants of the Pharaohs and we have all respect and pride for them & thanks to all the cruise staff & the guides who made our trip enjoyable.
