It’s one of the most serene and peaceful bed and breakfast escapes I’ve encountered. Barrow House full breakfast and conversation was a treat. The owner is a wonderful woman who is more than happy to offer tales about the property or advice on where to go in the area. It is definitely a place I would want to return to.

Peggy was very welcoming, without being over fussy. I'm sure she would advise on places to see in the neighbourhood, but I was only there for a 9am NCT at the centre 3 minutes away.
