Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

My husband and I recently spent three wonderful nights at this hotel and we are already planning our next visit. The accommodation was impeccable - clean, spacious, and well-appointed. This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat with great value for money.

Extremely clean room. Brand new mosquito nets. Lovely balcony. Delicious veg omelette for breakfast. Free bicycles to use to explore. Few mins away from Pasidukah and Kalkudah beaches. Family run hotel, Runi (main guy, owner) is a very kind and humble man. Always wanting to help us with anything we needed and brought us hot coffee in the mornings. Little shop very close by, a hopper man sets up his stall just outside in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Clean rooms and bathroom although very basic. Deluxe rooms have aircon and hot water. Only 10 min drive to Pasikudah beach. Ample parking and quiet surroundings

Indeed It was a great time I had during my stay at Kay Jay Beach House. The atmosphere was epic. Room was spacious and bathroom was cleaned. foods were delicious. I would recommend this hotel those who are seeking nice calm place near by beach to stay.
