Welcome basket had breads, cookies, water, juices, wine and fruit. Coffee espresso maker too. Amazing location below First Tower (The Guaita), and short walk to Witches’ Path. Owner is very sweet lady.

What an incredible experience! This is a beautiful B&B right in the centre of San Marino. You are close to absolutely everything. The room is huge! Lots of modern comforts among the antiques. Host was incredibly friendly whilst also leaving us to ourselves. The family history looked intriguing - I only wish I had been able to find out more! Parking was not an issue (follow signs to parking 6 or 7). It's less than 10 minutes walking from the carpark to the B&B. Would definitely recommend.

And the most important - from the beginning till the end of your stay you always feel support and help from the host Cinzia, who prepared extensive information sources to start getting visiting the surroundings right away.
