We stayed at Hoi An Riverside Villas & Apartments continuously for 7 weeks. We were all the time very satisfied with our stay. This is a very homely hotel, all the staff are very nice and did everything to make us feel comfortable. It was like a good family. No matter if it was at the reception, the cleaning staff, at the pool bar or breakfast, the people treated us like good friends and made our stay really good.

They treat me like a family! The staff asked me did I have my dinner yet or not since I was very late checking in, when I said I haven't they offered me fruits. This is simple thing but really touch my heart since I was a solo traveler. The breakfast was so good too! The location is really near to old town. The room is very clean and comfortable. I had very good sleep when I was staying there. Oh, they also provide bicycle for free. If I ever visit Hoi An again, I would definitely stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge and I would recommend this accomodation to my friends.

We absolutely loved this place! I'd definitely book here if I were to go to Hoi An again 😄 The room was bigger than expected and it was very clean and comfortable. Even had a balcony! They provided toiletries and a hair-dryer too. My friends and I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after a day out in the sun. And the staff were very nice and helpful too! 🥰

Kami was a legend. Very happy and helpful with great communication. The rest of the family living there were very pleasant too. They had a very cute puppy and kitten. The great value for money rooms were huge. The location was out of the main tourist spot and very close to the beach. Yummy breakfast with fresh fruit, Bánh Mi and coffee.

Loved the staff. Super friendly and accommodating. Jennie is fantastic at organizing and recommending activities (she even went out of her way ,on her day off,to connect us with a day tour we wanted last minute). And organized a birthday cake for my niece. Bed was super comfy and clean. Breakfast yummy.

Susan and her family were amazing. Truly the most welcoming people. We arrived pretty late in the evening but Susan welcomed us and gave us welcome drinks. We were only there for a night and a little bit for the next day but she was ready with a list of recommendations. Given our time frame she gave us a shorter version of what she recommended. She even recommended a really great restaurant that we later learned that was also her family restaurant. If you stay here, make sure to ask about the restaurant and try it out. Food was amazing. I’ve written a review for that on Google as well. The villa itself was I a very central location. Everything was walking distance and so convenient. The room was clean and really cozy. Shower was amazing and hot and very comforting after a long sweaty day. Really no complaints and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Our stay came with breakfast and we got a menu of healthy selections. We got an omelette with a baguette which was delicious. There was free refills of coffee and tea as well. All in all I highly recommend :) thank you Susan and family!!
