Nice large apartment for aprox. 5 people, clean bathroom with washer and dryer which is a big plus. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, a coffee machine with capsules and a nice terrace. I recommend.

I was more than happy with the apartment and location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Healthy and delicious breakfast.Host was very kind and friendly.Melisa thank you for everything 😊 I would recommend it to anyone.

Super dog friendly- additional dog bed and bowl with water was already prepared Amazing view. Apartment has everything you may need during your stay. highly recommended!!!

The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

I am not a man of many words, but I Will tell you that this place and the owner are sweet. Highly recommended

Aiaga majutusasutus Appartement am Ossiachersee asub Villachis, 2,8 km kaugusel Landskroni kindlusest, 18 km kaugusel Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe'st ja 31 km kaugusel Hornsteini lossist. The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.

It was a very clean and comfortable/ very well equipped accomodation. Perfect for a family stay. It is conveniently located right on the edge of Villach - so easy to exit the town and explore the surroundings. Highly recommended.
