Casa Esperanza is located a 5-minute tram ride from the centre of Basel and offers free WiFi and a shared terrace with seating area. The rooms all come with a flat-screen TV. The guesthouse is totally charming and so are the host and his mother. We travel a lot and visit many guesthouses in different countries, but it was the first time we meet such a helpful and thoughtful host! He made the whole file with all the necessary info inside which could solve any question that guest might have. The location is very easy to find and the neighborhood very nice. The rose bushes near the guesthouse entrance stole my heart. Tram stops, supermarket, eating places - everything is near. The room was beautifully decorated in modern style. The bed and the cushions very comfortable . There was a coffee machine, electrical kettle and also coffee/tea/cream provided. The host gave us tickets for free transport. Thank you very much!

Located in the centre of Basel, just 1.3 km from Kunstmuseum Basel and 1.8 km from Badischer Bahnhof, Charmante Altbauwohnung am Rhein provides accommodation with city views and free WiFi. The location of the property helps you to get so easily to the city center and also to SBB train station. There is a very big supermarket nearby(2 min walking), 2 min walking to the tram station. Having the coffee on the balcony watching Rhein was amazing. The apartament is fully equipped with everything you need: coffee machine, stove, fridge. The host is very friendly and kind. He even accepted us earlier than the check in hour and later than the check out(there was no booking prior and before us). He is also helping us with Baselcards which are amazing as you can travel free within the city using the tram, buses including the way from and to airport.
