Super friendly staff, left my souvenirs in the room when checked out, the staffs were kind enough to send them to me via mail the day after. The place was very nice and clean. The bedroom was comfortable and had a pretty balcony view. There's also a pullout coach in the living room and a long table to do work on. The host picked us up from the subway station and was very friendly and accommodating. She helped answer all our questions and was very responsive. I had a really nice stay here and would overall really recommend it! The apartment is a short walk to the nearest subway (Shnagda Station) and around 45 minutes from main Shanghai attractions by train.

Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). Super location for anyone who wants to be in the French Concession. It's a 3 minute walk from Anfu Lu. The staff in the hotel and the very good Italian restaurant downstairs were all so lovely, friendly, helpful, warmhearted that my days of coming and going to and from Shanghai and staying with them at intervals were a joy! And from a very practical point of view, the washing machine in my bathroom was a very nice surprise! And the staff really went to trouble to make sure that guests had something they loved for breakfast. Big thanks to Xiao Zu (spelling?!), Aiyi, Guido, Monica, David and everyone who made my stay there so lovely!
