Only 1 km from Jing'an Temple, Shanghai Centre Serviced Apartment features self-catering apartments with well-equipped modern facilities including an iPod docking station and a satellite TV. Good Breakfast, Great Location. However a little more Vegetarian food options would have been appreciated.

Choosing this apartment was the best choice for this trip. The room is very clean and neat. Supplies are readily available. The address location is excellent. It is very close and convenient to go to the famous attractions in Shanghai. The landlord is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. I will stay in this apartment again next time I come to Shanghai.

Super friendly staff, left my souvenirs in the room when checked out, the staffs were kind enough to send them to me via mail the day after. Rooms are super clean and patio is also very spacious and nice, rooftop bar is a vibe! Will go back for sure.

Clean, pretty new interior. 6th top floor means no noise from the ceiling. For me good practice, I liked.

The bedroom was comfortable and had a pretty balcony view. There's also a pullout coach in the living room and a long table to do work on. The host picked us up from the subway station and was very friendly and accommodating. She helped answer all our questions and was very responsive. I had a really nice stay here and would overall really recommend it! The apartment is a short walk to the nearest subway (Shnagda Station) and around 45 minutes from main Shanghai attractions by train.

The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and cozy. The hosts are very responsive to our requests and helped us settle in the neighborhood by providing a very useful list of recommendations on food and daily necessities.

Kevin's Old House is located at the downtown area of Shanghai, just a 10-minute stroll from Jing'an Temple Subway Station (Line 2). Kevin’s Old House is sort a traditional/vinatge/antique hotel in the center of Jing’an. If that’s your vibe; you’ll love it. It’s also co-located with Bella Napoli that makes amazing pizza. The room also had a laundry machine which makes life so much easier. Super helpful & friendly staff too. Will definitely stay again.
