Room was very large and comfortable, big plus for the bath tub in the middle, very pleasant. Staff attentive and helpful, with English spoken and good suggestions for restaurants. The place is overall beautiful and relaxing, with quiet and peaceful common areas. Washing machine available for guests.

We chose Xilu Xiao Xie Inn based on excellent reviews and its convenient location in the old town. The free ride from the train station was a thoughtful touch, and the warm welcome set a positive tone. The service, led by Joye, Cassie, Jade, and Chi Yuen, exceeded our expectations, tailoring our experience to our preferences. Despite booking a family room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a deluxe room at no extra cost. The autonomous guesthouse with voice-controlled rooms added a unique and enjoyable aspect to our stay. The amenities were comprehensive, and the shower's water pressure was satisfying. The bed struck the right balance between comfort and firmness. Overall, Xilu Xiao Xie Inn provided a memorable and delightful stay, showcasing impeccable service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

El No Flowers Boutique Hostel se encuentra en Kunming y ofrece vistas a la pileta, restaurante, recepción 24 horas, bar, jardín y terraza. What an absolutely wonderful place. The lovely owner picked me up from the airport and took me back. His communication beforehand was excellent. What a cool guy. The actual hotel is in an idyllic quaint and friendly village. Everything was amazing. I was giving a beautiful bowl of noodles for breakfast, honestly the best noodles I've ever had. My room was so funky. So much thought has gone into this place for comfort. I did not want to leave and I hope to return. Thank you for everything.

El Aurora Hotel, situado a 8 km del templo Songzanlin Buried Treasure Exhibition Hall, ofrece bar, salón compartido y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. The hosts at Aurora were some of the most helpful and welcoming that I've ever had. They greeted us with Tibetan tea on our arrival and when we left, they gave us a small gift bag. We visited during the Spring Festival so some things were closed and transport was not as available, they helped us with this issue. The hotel is located out of Old town and is a 15 minute drive away. They arranged private drivers for hire, drove us into town whenever we needed and helped us organize our COVID tests. They took us to the hospital and to the bus terminal and helped us plan everything. They spoke English and were always available on Wechat. They provide free breakfast and offer dinner on site. This family is so sweet and so extremely helpful! I will be returning simply because of how warm and welcoming they were.
