From the moment we stepped into the hostel, Nicholas greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. His knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our stay and tours was truly commendable. One of the highlights of our stay was Nicholas' assistance in arranging our tours. He took the time to listen to our preferences and interests, and based on that, he recommended and organized tours that perfectly aligned with what we were looking for. In addition to Nicholas' exceptional service, the hostel itself was clean, comfortable. The common areas were well-maintained. The rooms were cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Overall, our stay at this hostel in Leticia was an absolute pleasure, and it was primarily thanks to Nicholas' outstanding assistance and dedication.
