Myself and three friends stayed here the night we returned from a three day trek in the Amazon. The room was very spacious, bright and clean with good aircon and fan. Nicolas greeted us upon arrival, and was very friendly and helpful. He offered travel tips and recommendations as well as dropping us to the airport on our day of departure.

I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived, including the offer of breakfast at the property. The cabin is a short walk from town and so is lovely and peaceful. I so enjoyed reading my book in the hammock and watching the birds that came past. Would definitely recommend going to see the sloths and doing some bird watching while you are here.

Amazon bölgesindeki Puerto Nariño'da yer alan Refugio Maiku Puerto Nariño bahçelidir. I loved everything! I had a beautiful private room with super comfortable bed. I probably didn’t make the best use of it, as I was spending most of my time on the terrace. The place is located at the edge of town, far away from the music and activities in the centre, but still very close to walk. The outdoor space is just stunning. Hosts are amazing people, very kind and helpful. There’s always a bowl of fruit waiting for me for breakfast:) The place was never packed with people, there were only random travellers, so it felt very private and quiet- and this is exactly what you need in the middle of Amazonas!
