Jean Pierre the owner is your guest relation rep, the cook, your guide, etc... At night, you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and you can safely vent around with the locals. It offers a more reserved stay from the noise of the main city Mindelo. Transportation is a bit lacking in and out but renting a car will solve that issue. Breakfast was excellent and local restaurants also offer great menus.

The apartment was brand new and in a very good location, 2min walking distance to Laginha beach and many amenities around(supermarket, restaurants,close to bus stop) . Irina was very responsive and always managed to help us on any situation. Internet connection was ok to work. The flat was very clean and there is cleaning 1 day per week. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.
