She handed us the key cards at arrival (additional to the option of using an app) and gave us information about guest cards for the island (checked at the entrance of some beaches), and additional facilities like a gym (we unfortunately couldn't use because our stay was not long enough).

We were able to leave our bags at the property as we arrived early. Check in and check out procedures were easy.
