Situated in Fayoum Center in the El Fayoum region, Large and cheerful home with 2 floors has a garden. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. I love staying here. I've stayed here a few times and will stay again when visiting Fayoum. I am a U.S. solo female traveler that frequently travels to Egypt. The owners of this guesthouse are the kindest and helpful. It's private , close to tourist attractions, yet the right distance to still feel more private. The food is also amazing! I love it here so much that I pay more than asked because I don't feel it's enough for how I'm taken care of.

In a quiet location at the far end of the village, up behind the Fayoum Pottery School It was so nice to be able to self cater & the small local village shops had all the basics. I was able to get fruit and veges and a few canned goods!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I ate out most of my stay, hired a jeep driver and toured around all the time and still ended up paying less than what other hotels in Tunis charged. Tunis is a lovely village on its own, perfect to enjoy the Egyptian countryside without giving up 'western' comforts. With the help of a driver, at a very reasonable price, one can also explore the wonderful Fayoum area which is really rich with naturalistic and archeological sites that are worth visiting
