La Posada del Canario asub Cangas de Onísis ning pakub ainult täiskasvanutele mõeldud majutust koos aia ja ühise puhkeruumiga. This property went well beyond it’s description. It was full of loved pieces of the owner all tastefully placed through out adding to the exceptional feeling of being somewhere special. Our room was lovely with views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Beautiful bed linens, crisp new towels, everything was perfect! Add to this a host Manuel who is the kindest and most caring we have experienced in our travels. The breakfast reflects this with lots of homemade products to sample. We stayed an extra night and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We have promised to return and really hope we can.

The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and well stocked bathrooms. The two bedrooms were of good size, as were the 2 toilets. The water pressure was good. Excellent value for money. Very helpful hosts who were available on WhatsApp to assist throughout.

We’ve been on the road for over a month, ( hotels, apartments etc). This one has knocked spots off the rest ( including Airb’nb ones at twice the cost) A modern renovation of an older building it had us smiling from the staircase on our arrival ( there is a lift) to when we left. Balconies, high ceilings, smart to & spotless.

Owner met us with keys and was charming and helpful. Apartment met all our needs and location was perfect with cafe bars, restaurants and shops right next to it.

I felt like home. Equipped with everything, central, clean, cozy, and all! I would definitely come back if I visit Gijon again.

Very friendly hosts, helpful, providing tips for nice restaurants and other places. Cangas de Onis is a nice town, it has one high speed charger (for our electric car) at the bus station at walking distance, the centre has lots of good restaurants. There is a kayak rental place in Las Rozas (K2) for going downriver. At the bus station you can take the bus to the two lakes higher up in the mountains for a nice walk.

Great location, very clean, warm and comfortable. I’ve stay in many apartments in Gijon, this one is by far the best. Juan was really helpful and responsive before my arrival. Highly recommend.
