Ise Chitose, a property with a garden, is situated in Ise, less than 1 km from Oharai-machi, 40 km from Tsu-kō, as well as 400 metres from Sarutahiko Shrine. Saori was a great host, her house is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the inner shrine, and she provided great dinner recommendations as well as a wonderful breakfast :)

Located in Shima, B&B Forest Shima features accommodation with a garden with a children's playground. Everything, there was a lovely warm atmosphere and the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious too.

Located 500 metres from Kintetsu Iseshi Train Station, Hoshidekan Ryokan (a member of the Japanese Inn Group) is a wooden building that was built in the 1920's and provides Japanese-style rooms with... The staff is very friendly and caring. They facility is and old charming ryokan, and actually whole place felt magical. Even the outside noises were not able to spoil the charm of this place. If I ever come back to Ise I'm for sure try to book this place again.

The Kii No Matsushima ryokan is a unique Japanese experience. The place is perfect for discovering the coast (the beach is 200 meters away) but especially if you want to do one of the many sections of Kumano path. The family who runs this ryokan were extremely attentive to every detail of our stay. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The common areas are very clean, the bathrooms have a small onsen which is very pleasant at the end of the day! The highlight of the stay is the meals and breakfasts. The chef is a master of Japanese cuisine! Each dish transported us during the three nights we spent here, a treat! Local specialties are based on seafood and fish. We tasted many new flavors, always balanced and refined. We highly recommend this peaceful place, and hope to return.

Featuring sea views, アタシカデイズ Kumano Kodo Private Beach House offers accommodation with a balcony, around 11 km from Ubuta Shrine. Staying at this Atishika Bay beach house was perhaps one of our favourite stays in two weeks of touring the Kii Pennisula by car. We stayed for one night during the downtime season (March) while things were quieter, and that suited our temperament having just toured the Kumano Kodo Senzan. The owner's concept of this dwelling is to provide a simple and humble beachside retreat in which guests can while the days in relaxed manner. The house has everything provided for, and there are thoughtful personal touches: fresh orange juice from the owner's orchid; a list of recommended places to eat, places to walk the Kumano Kodo Isije route, and other nearby attractions; and books and art adding character to the rooms. The charm is in its very local, low-key, unpretentious, and community feeling.

Almost perfect journey. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Free pick up. There was a morning concert, and a real owl to pet. The view from the second floor cafe was also amazing! And! There are still many animation goods! People who like this animation and those who haven't seen it can enjoy this place I can sure.
