The property owner was so kind and helpful. He provided great recommendations and helped us get around town. The room was so creatively done and very cozy (in the best way possible).

They took such great care of us, for example, by arranging a driver to show us around the area (Walhid), locating a national guide to take us to Baalbek (Mr. Johnny), cooking an amazing breakfast (homemade yogurt!), and offering us fresh cherries, apricots, and never-ending cups of coffee and tea. Her daughter Carol, studied in the States and is fluent in English and she often translated for us. This family is precious and they made our stay very rich and memorable.
