I had one quick night after a late flight. Arrived at Ace by tuktuk pick-up and found the room to be spotlessly clean and was quite spacious. Angelo helped with SIM cards and other things to get me started. Will probably stay here on my return to Negombo before my flight home.

A very simple Accomodation, breakfast was also very simple, but it was clean and comfortable enough just for overnight transit stay. The best thing about this is that the owner is very kind and hospitable! You can arrange an airport transfer with him. This place is close by to the airport.

It was a brilliant one night stay, close to the airport, self contained with loads of thoughtful accessories for any journey either prior to leaving or arriving. The road is a little busy, but there are some great lagoon restaurants a short distance away. Dillip met us and took us to the airport the next day, 10 minutes away. Communication s were great, especially finding the apartment.. narrow walkway to the right of St Mary's Pharmacy.. sat nav is very accurate. All in all a perfect 👌 stay and great service.

Very beautiful property, recently elegantly renovated. The room was sparkly clean. Very good AC and Wi-Fi. The shuttle service to the airport was on point and staff very friendly. We had a great chat during our ride to the airport. Very recommended.

An absolutely fantastic experience! We arrived very early in the morning (1:30 AM) and The Bamboo Tree sent us a driver who patiently waited TWO hours for us to deal with a lost baggage nightmare. We felt awful but the hotel owners were very calm and understanding. The ride to the hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport and the driver was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner let us sleep in before serving a big, delicious breakfast on our porch overlooking a beautiful courtyard. We were well taken care of by both the staff and the owners and will definitely be returning for another early morning flight out!
