We really liked Betty’s Cottage and the owners were really nice. They booked our bus from Colombo to Jaffna which was a huge help, and they waited up until 4 am for us to arrive. We had only booked the place for the following night so they charged us half a day. The breakfast offered was fine, nothing to rave about. The WiFi is really good! The hosts are also nice and very dedicated to making sure we got everything we needed.

We got dinner from the neighbor twice and it was beyond delicious!! The walk to the beach is short. The owners are super friendly and caring, it was a pleasure to stay here. Malabar home stay se află în Jaffna, la 3,2 km de Templul Nallur Kandaswamy, și are o grădină și unități de cazare cu bucătărie. Very homely, room was large and clean with good airconditioning. The host was super nice, helpful and friendly, always around to offer help. His wife makes the most delicious home made Jaffna food, try the mutton and crab curry. The place is on a very quiet street, however, it was easy to get a tuk tuk in and out of town or to any place of interest.

Delft Village Stay se află în Delft East și are biciclete gratuite. Peaceful location (besides the dog concert at night haha). Easy to get to from Jaffna bus station straight to Kurikattuwan Jetty. Hired bikes to ride around the island. Shade over the tent with fan inside kept it cool during the day. You can pay for breakfast, dinner and filtered water. You can use their fridge. Host and his mum is always quick to reply and helpful! Beach is wide with clear waters. Far away from the touristy places. You can experience how local people live on this untouched village island life.
