We loved the time we spend in Allen's beautiful house. It was difficult to find it at first but once we arrived Allen went extra mile to make our stay a pleasant and an unforgettable one. The rooms are simple but clean and well kept and the AC was a saver since it was extremely hot at nighttime. Allen is an excellent host and as a plus, his breakfast was delicious.

Right from the start he helped in arranging pick up from the airport & a warm welcome at his place. Room was simple but quiet, clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared. He also helped in organising tours around Jaffna and taxi service to Colombo. If you are looking for simple yet comfortable homestay in Jaffna, Berty Cottage is a gem of a place sure to satisfy most guests.

We liked the place but you do need your own transportation to get there. The accommodation has its own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. We got dinner from the neighbor twice and it was beyond delicious!! The walk to the beach is short. The owners are super friendly and caring, it was a pleasure to stay here. Hopefully we see you again :) thank you

Malabar home stay มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากวัดนาลลูร์ กันดาสวามี 3.2 กม. Very homely, room was large and clean with good airconditioning. The host was super nice, helpful and friendly, always around to offer help. His wife makes the most delicious home made Jaffna food, try the mutton and crab curry. The place is on a very quiet street, however, it was easy to get a tuk tuk in and out of town or to any place of interest.
