The cabin is newly built and feels very fresh and welcoming. It is equipped with all the things that you may need during your stay. Everything was very well organized. The location is quite good. Very short distance to Kristiansand. Its definitely good place to stay with children. The host met us on day one and explained/answered our queries. The host is very nice and professional. Overall, we had very nice and comfortable stay in the cabin and would definitely recommend it to other people with BIG YES :-)

Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

This is an exceptional apartment, and my only regret is that we could not stay for longer than 1 night. The amenities are above and beyond what I expect for "Excellent" accommodations. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is safe and lovely. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, the rooms have reliable and easy to use temperature controls, and the water pressure in the shower and all faucets is very good! I travel all across the US as a healthcare worker, and am very accustomed to renting fully furnished apartments for 3+ months at a time, and I can say with certainty that this apartment is far superior to pretty much every other rental I've stayed in, and that's saying quite a lot. Berit is delightful. Her English is excellent, and her tips regarding the area and our travel plans to Stavanger were very helpful and accurate. We stayed for 1 night in late October, in the Superior Apartment labeled 20A. Furnishings were modern, classy, simple, and all appliances and fixtures appeared to be brand new. Spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and separate sitting area with TV as well as outside space to eat el fresco while enjoying the tranquility and wonderful location. The hosts were very welcoming. Top marks!!

I instantly felt welcomed in everything, from exceptionally friendly host to a cozy interior and thought out little details. The surroundings are also superb, we even stayed for longer then initially planned to enjoy the views and to hike in the woods.

Everything was exceptional and fantastic. Everyone was surprised and amazed to see warm welcome note with wine, chocolates and Ice cream. Very neat and tidy place with all the facilities and easy access to swimming pool downstairs. Places such as Dyrepark, Canon museum , Cathedral are Not far as well. We all had a great time there and kids really had a wonderful time . We definitely recommend the property and hopefully in coming summers if there are plans to visit southern Norway, will surely stay here. Thanks Anurag
