Amazing place! I can definitely see why it has gotten great reviews! Picking up the key was easy and the host was very friendly. Yes it’s a winding drive up the mountain so you need a car but that is part of what makes it so spectacular. Amazing views from the home! Mountains and waterfalls! Warm and cozy with a nice wood burning fireplace. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished living room was so cozy after a long day of exploring Nicely stocked large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals …And a wonderful jetted tub! Only 2 of us so we never even used the two bedrooms upstairs but this would be a wonderful place for families or friend get together. Also has a washer so it was great to clean everything after a weeks worth of hiking! The town is close by ( about 10 min drive) so everything is convenient. Would recommend that you book this beautiful home in a heartbeat!

This place is absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean and spacious and was equipped with EVERYTHING needed to provide a perfect stay - starting with the kitchen, the shower, and bedrooms. It even had a first aid kit. When we arrived, we were happy to find a lovely welcoming present, that included a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and fruits. Our hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable, and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet area, which was great, and easily accessible by car. We even had a parking spot of our own, just in front of the apartment. We recommend this place for anyone that is looking for some quiet and relaxing time, in a beautiful area, by the fjord. Would definitely return to this place next time we are in Bergen 😊
