Very nice homestay, we stayed for 4 nights. The family is very kind and welcoming, they help you organise your stay there. The day we arrived the husband, who is a licensed guide, took us for a free walk at sunset and we saw rhinos, crocodiles, deers, toucans… We did one day the canoe, walking tour and jeep and the other day a walking tour outside the park, both at a very reasonable price. Both were amazing and both guides were very knowledgeable and kept us safe, we were lucky and saw a lot of animals. You can eat at the homestay, affordable homemade food, the rooms are big with mosquito net, the wifi works perfectly. We had long conversations about the life in Sauraha before and now, which were really interesting. Lila helped us book the bus for Lumbini. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!! We will come again!!

Hotel Rhinoceros-Homestay, boasting a garden, a terrace, is located in Sauraha, 50 metres from Chitwan National Park. This homestay provides accommodation with free WiFi. Excellent value! The room is nice and clean with good hot water shower.. There are some traffic in daytime, however, it's quiet in the evening. The owner is very likable, and always try to be helpful. Strongly recommended!

Set 1 km from Chitwan National Park in Sauraha, Hotel Rhino Land, Sauraha features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Hotel Rhino Land is like a home away from home. Raj takes great care of his guests, from picking them up at the bus station, to offering a free welcome walk, and helping with everything they need. One night, he even drove me to see a rhino that was walking through town! The property is a short walk from town, quiet, and set in a lovely garden. I definitely recommend staying with Raj and his family.

Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, Wild Horizons Guest House is set in Sauraha. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Hospitality of staff was exceptionally fine. Food was excellent. Guide was outstading.

Our host Lokraj went out of his way to make us feel welcome like family. Attending directly to all of our needs be it tours,taxis, cycle hire or cultural performances it gave us a memorable experience of Sauraha and the Chitwan region. Just far enough from the hustle but close to town and surrounded by locals going about daily life. With the host’s favourite response of “no problem “ you can’t go wrong.

Peaceful location close to the centre and hospitality of the hosts was great. A homestay run by a cheerful and helpful family. Great location for family and solo travellers.
