We ate at home every night so the kitchen is well equipped. The owner Johnny is very contactable, offers great local advice, does tours of the island (which we did and enjoyed) and he’s just a really nice guy. Would deffo stay here again.

Although it was quite rainy when we were in Raiatea, the place has an amazing view, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean! The suggestions for dinner were also great! However, let me thank Sandrine and Laurent, the hosts, they are exceptional! Our luggages did not arrive with us but only 3 days later (thank you AirFrance...) and although we did some shopping, we did not want to produce waste by buying additional stuff we do not really need as we had everything in our luggage. Thus, Sandrine gave us literally everything: t-shirts, pants, masks, fins, sea-shoes, everything! We really appreciated this help as we had the impression we were at friends' place and this was definitely a relief after a 27-hour flight and no luggage! Thank you a lot for your great help, we will always remember you!

This peaceful retreat boasts a large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views. Villa U'upa is situated just 10 minutes' from the heart of Uturoa and the ferry terminal. Guests enjoy free WiFi. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy about our stay! Great size of the room, pool right infront of our room and a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was great! And Christine helped of with everything!!!! We were a little last minute and couldn’t rent either a scooter or car on the Island because of a local holiday, but Christine helped us and got us on a great boattrip to Tahaa. Just 80 metres from the Lagoon access to Sea view, La maison Du Voyage offers a relaxed tropical haven with free snorkelling equipment. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The time they took to explain to us where we have what. The houses are big enough and cute. Very nicely furnished and carefully laid out. By far the best stay in French Polynesia. We got more than we expected.

The hostess Marie & her husband were also very empathetic seeing I was alone and gave me pizza on my first night. They also bought dinner for me on my last night. We have had the warmest Polynesian welcome from Tapu and his lovely family. They were very attentive and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed at any time. We also got very good recommendations for activities and restaurants. The accommodation is super clean, modern and with many details and there is a parking on the property. Very safe and beautiful place to stay. We are looking forward to come back one day! Mauruuru roa!

Our stay at Te Fare Manulani was wonderful. The setting is beautiful in a lush valley, surrounded by trees. The house was perfect for our family of 6 - it was impeccably clean, the kitchen was stocked with coffee etc, the beds were comfortable and the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying here while on Raiatea.
