Everything from start to finish was everything exceptional. Staff is amazing you are feeling like at home. Breakfast are freshly made by your order. The facilities of the property are truly amazing. 1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach, Atlântico Azul is a recently renovated property set in Funchal and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Nice new apartments, very clean, have opportunities for parking a car, the owner helped with transfer and answered all the questions.

200 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools in Porto Moniz, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Casal da Penha Apartments offers accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Funchal, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. Superbly fitted out unit. Well done in providing exceptional apartments. Thank you for your wonderful hosting.

Situated within 200 metres of Sao Roque Beach and 300 metres of Banda d'Alem Beach, Fort Bay Suite Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Machico. A perfect stay in Machico. The apartment is well equiped and almost everything new.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of mountain, Blue House is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ponta do Sol, 70 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach. The location is perfect to travel around Madeira with a car (I liked the north and the west much more than the east and Funchal's surroundings). Going western of Ponta do Sol, the traffic is very light compared to Ponta do Sol and towards Funchal. In general, no issue with parking. The pool is great to cool off after a day spent hiking. The room was spacious, really enjoyed how much space I had, had some breakfasts in the balcony when it wasn't too cold. In general the room was really clean.

Perfect position, with parking across the road and the historical centre within a 15-minute walk, with almost no elevation (essential in Funchal, especially after days full of hiking:) The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (and more) for a most pleasurable stay. The communication with the host was excellent - we had a slight issue with the window blinds, which they solved asap.
