A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. Beautiful desert camp in the middle of the Wahiba desert. We booked 3 tents for our group of 6 people and all the tents are spacious with comfy beds, A/C, and bathroom. The hotel is right next to the huge sand dunes and you can easily climb up the dunes at sunrise or sunset without the need of booking their 4x4 jeep tours as the "jeep" won't go very far anyway. The view from the top of the sand dunes is beautiful and peaceful. The dinner and breakfast were also great. We ate camel meat for the first time here. Note that they will charge you extra for drinks at dinner.

Situated in Bidiyah, Moon Light Camp features accommodation with seating area. The campground has family rooms. All units have a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. Our tent is quite spacious and comfortable. Clean and the bathroom is really good. The staff are so helpful.

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. amazing experience in the beautiful sand dunes of the dessert - we wanted authentic dessert experience and stayed at the camp’s “mini lodge” - a couple of tents with a nice lounge area and facilities. The company couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating - they set up a third tent for us, from the welcoming reception in Badiyah, the friendly manager and amazing Farhad and Farouk who took care of our group of 7 for two days - everything was great. the luxury of this mini camp is in its remoteness and exclusivity of only a couple of tents, the staff only cater for you and the food they manage to prepare in the desert is delicious! extremely impressive. We did also some camel riding at sun set - the whole group loved it. beautiful paysages. As we visited end of April/beginning of May, it was very hot - unusually hot also apparently for this time, but we wanted exactly this kind of unique dessert experience. I would highly recommend the company and team.

Safari Dunes is a permanent camp located 8 km away from the base safari desert camp. It is a small camp with 5 tents located on the top of the dunes. Being far away in the desert, the place had a special atmosphere and the accommodation was both practical and in harmony with the peacefulness of the nature. The cottage had everything we needed - including private bathroom, warm water and electiricty. The breakfast and supper prepared by the staff were delicious.

Desert Wonders Camp is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. Amazing stay in the desert, everything was perfect

A good location for a relaxing stay in Bidiyah, Starry Domes Desert Camp II is a campground surrounded by views of the garden. It was wonderful! I highly recommend going through them for a night in the desert. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the food very good and the staff attentive to your needs. SAMA Al Areesh Camp is set in Al Qābil. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. At the campground, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner and serves Chinese cuisine. Charming accommodation in a quiet and beautiful place of the desert. You are on top of the dune but it is very easy to reach by car. The room is like a cabin very cozy with private bathroom, everything is very clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The zone for the meals is beautiful, with a chill out place, and the food is abundant and delicious. It's a wonderful place to stay, we recommend it and we will come back for sure.

Sama Al Wasil Desert Camp is located in Shāhiq and offers a restaurant buffet. It includes table tennis and darts. The accommodation will provide you with a seating area. The tent and the location were great, all this accompanied by a good range of activities which are offered by the facility. The food was also good and movie night much appreciated.
