We travel very often and have already experienced many houses and chalets. This was one of the best we ever choose. Unfortunately, we were just passing through, so we definitely have to come back. A highlight from the first impression down to every detail. Great 5 bedrooms, modern bathrooms, cozy and well-designed living and dining area with a fantastic and huge kitchen. The great garden and the amazing sauna and relax area gave us the perfect holiday feeling. Because we love hiking, and playing golf, the Chalet Kaiserlodge was perfect for us and the parking in front of the house was very convenient for us. 10 from 10 stars and we highly recommend this place.

We had such a beautiful time in Kitzbuhel. Chalet is in excellent location, very stylish and well equipped with gorgeous view. Our daughter brought us fresh bread every morning from local bakery which is just couple minutes away from chalet. Also aqua-arena is almost across a street. Home owners are really nice people who cares about visitors comfort. Would come back anytime.

The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The place is phenomenal. It's a beautiful chalet with an exquisite interior design by either a self-taught or professional designer. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The chalet boasts a balcony on three sides that provides an almost panoramic view of the city and nature. Furthermore, there is a garage available for parking your car. The chalet is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, and three TVs. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and there are large cupboards for storing your clothes and other belongings. In addition, there's a gas grill available for your use, which is a delightful option. The location is central, with a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to Schwarzsee. Our group of five concluded that it was the most beautiful place we've ever visited.
