L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa. La proprietaria, molto gentile, ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni sia su che gite fare, sia su dove mangiare. La posizione è centrale e molto vicino alla fermata del Bus che vi porta ai laghi Moraine e Louise (tappe obbligate e mezzi obbligati). Il Lodge è ordinato e molto carino all’interno e non manca nulla. La proprietaria prepara degli ottimi muffin alla mattina. Da non perderli! Anche con partenza molto presto ci ha fatto trovare il vassoio con la colazione la sera prima. Consigliato assolutamente!

The hotel is very ideal and favorable most esp for a family group. Everything in the cabin is clean and comfortable. Although location is not within Banff town center, but the peace and serenity of the place was exactly what we wanted for this trip. Besides, the town center is easily accessible by Roam Transit and wow, the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. So grateful too for the complimentary bus tickets. All Front Desk staff are very professional and mindful of their tasks. Their reception of us were outstanding and exceptional. Kudos! Tunnel Mountain Resort is surely a great place to stay and we will definitely come back. I really missed Cabin 131!
