The location is breathtakingly beautiful! The camp is also very nicely set up. Dinner was with a view of Mt. Batur with a campfire. The staff and owners very accommodating and lovely. We booked one night but we got badly sick and couldn’t make it. We contacted the propriety to let them know and they were very responsive and offered me to exchange for any day I’d like it. We ended up at the hospital and left the area right after. The host offered us a free stay anytime we like in the future. They didn’t have to do that and this shows an exceptional level of customer service. Thank you, you made our day a little better. Looking forward to stay here in the future.
