The place was amazing.so quiet and calm.Rooms were clean.the housekeeper was very helpful and try everyway to make as feel as it it is home.we contact the owner for the reserve the room he was fantastic helped us in check in to find location and so helpful and avaliable thanks we would love to stay again

From the formal side: Very good European cuisine every day, ocean right in front of your door, amazing wild life and very attentive, approachable personnel, which suits all of your needs. A wonderful place to stay. Beautiful house and the host Isuru is very friendly and has created some excellent guest suites. Breakfast and dinner was just delicious too. It was nice to have the kitchen area. We 100% recommend this as a great place to stay!

The property was very clean, beautiful and exactly what we saw on pictures. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great but not if you don't have scooter or other transport, it is not near the central way or beach by feet.

Comfortable and big rooms. Delicious breakfast. Location was very good on the Mirissa beach. Highly recommended.
