Cute and comfortable bungalows set in a lush property. Maika is the best: kind, knowledgeable, and well-connected. Not only did he arrange a safari (we saw a tusker!) but he also organised all of our transport to and from udawalawa, Highly recommend the home cooked dinner and breakfast as well. We are so appreciative of all of Maika help, and the comfortable accommodation in udawalawa.

Really nice place in udawalawe,owner name kasun,he is very kindly and helpful person.room was very clean and nice shower .aircondetion and hot water more than sufficient,food was very taste and so much...Kasun arrange a safari for the udawalawe national park it was amazing ....... i found knowledgeable driver.. then he arrange a taxi going to another stay, Thanks Hope to come again 🙂

We did a last minute change to our itinerary with a suggestion by our guide, Vishal. And it turned out to be the best decision we made on this trip. Nature Glow Cottage in Uduwalawa, Sri Lanka is a hidden gem that exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the serene sounds of the river and the vibrant colors of the flora was truly a surreal experience. The culinary journey at Nature Glow Cottage was equally unforgettable. The delicious local food served here is a gastronomic delight. From traditional Sri Lankan dishes bursting with flavors to fresh, exotic fruits, every meal was a treat for the taste buds. What truly sets this place apart is the over-the-top hospitality of the host, Nalaka and his wife. I recently stayed at Secret River Side Safari Lodge and had an amazing time! The hospitality was top-notch, and the host organized an incredible safari that added an adventurous touch to my stay. A green and beautifully run guest house where we really like to stay. The owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to give us advice and a smile! The owners talk to us very well. Dinner was perfect, very romantic and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we love, it was just the two of us in the jeep and we saw more elephants with a knowledgeable driver ( sujee ) .Definitely getting old. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality

Clean, nice tents. Jungle river at the cam, you can easily swim there with monkeys above your head. On top, great hospitality and service, great food.
