The host was amazing; asked her for some stuff and she was very helpful. Also we asked her for an amenity for the kitchen and it took her just 2 minutes to get it. Honestly I cannot explain in words how beautiful this chalet is. It is super clean - it has everything one desires. 10/10

The place is very close to the 7rila lakes lift, and it's surrounded by amazing nature and pats for walks in the nature ❤️ We will definitely come back there as soon as possible. You will most certainly have company as there are 2 very friendly cats and dogs that always come in the morning and afternoon fetching for food. The host was very welcoming. He provided us with all the necessities we desiderd. Everytime we needed something he responded in under 1 min and came to the chalet immediately if needed. The host also helped us with ski equipment rental and facility bookings. The chalet has a personal sauna which we enjoyed every day while we stayed here. You will also find a modern bbq equipment and everything you need for a grill.
