Located on Mamori River, Dolphin Lodge offers fishing, an on-site restaurant and a daily buffet breakfast. The food, location and rooms were all amazing. Friendly and experienced guides took you on walking and boat tours in small groups (about 4 guests and 2 guides). The variety of wildlife was amazing and we saw many dolphins as the name of the lodge suggests. We were expecting the Amazon the be hot and full of bugs. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice temperature during our stay. There were no bugs during the day and a little bit of bug spray was all we needed to feel comfortable at night. Less bugs than camping around Rio de Janerio! Overall the Amazon was a safe and comfortable trip and we would highly recommend Dolphin Lodge!

Arowana lodge features a floating reception and restaurant in the heart of the Amazon Forest. It provides a tour desk and activities such as ecological fishing and exciting night stays in the jungle. It’s located deep into the jungle. The entire property is a floating house. Staff are very friendly. Food is local and super delicious. Learned so much about the animals and fauna. Learned a lot about local people as well.

The food is amazing with local traditional dishes, delicious salad, and dessert. The bedrooms have private bath, air conditioning, toiletries and hair dryer.
