We got so many amazing recommendations and really didn't want to leave this magic place.

Grounds are nice, amazing views to the ocean, lots of birds, a lookout tower, pool, restaurant for an excellent optional breakfast. Really reasonable prices. For dinner the Cerro Lodge is very close. Birds right outside my door.

Little Escape ligger 500 m fra Carmen Strand og har udendørs swimmingpool, have samt værelser med aircondition, terrasse og gratis wi-fi. everything about this place was great! clean room, nice shower, comfortable couch, functional kitchen and large fridge, great Wifi, they have just about everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. we liked the location which was quiet and safe. always something to watch from your balcony, monkeys, humming birds, squirrels…. but the best part of our stay was the owners. Mike was super nice and helpful, responded quickly with our questions and requests before and during our stay, always willing to help and making sure things are ok.

The house is very ample, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, excellent layout with a homely and comfortable living area. The house has more than you can possible use on a short visit including BBQ and washing machine with everything needed for their use. The gardens are nicely landscaped and the location is absolutely amazing. on the top of a hill, surrounded by vegetation and the views to the surrounding valleys, Pacific Ocean and islands is breathtaking. The house was takes full advantage of the views with the bedrooms and living room facing them with huge windows and a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy. By far our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

La Muñequita Lodge 1 - Culture & nature experience ligger i Palmar Norte i Puntarenas-regionen og har balkon og flodudsigt. Der er adgang til terrasse, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. The property is unique, located on a farm run by Heyner and his family. The family welcomes you and makes you feel like you are one of them immediately, it is truly touching. They are so keen to exchange with you and tell you everything about their farm and what they grow. While I was there I made juice from sugar cane, (barely) contributed to building a house for their goats. It is a unique experience that I will not forget anytime soon. My only regret is that I only stayed a few nights. Should I go back to Costa Rica it will definitely be on my roadmap again.
