One of the best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. The Bungalow is directly at the beach (10 meters, so it is really part of the beach). You can hear the ocean while falling asleep. The breakfast was great and the staff is always nice, esp. Barbara who is owning the place. Drinking water is for free at the bar. They have 2 Beachvolleyball courts and offer Yoga for a fair price. We could have stayed there forever :)

Kohapeal on ainulaadsed käsitööna valminud rannakabiinid. super Nice atmosphere beautiful place but above all so nice people! we were here at the economical crisis but they arrange everything for us. super delicious food! even though there is less food in Sri Lanka they fix it for you. when powercut is they bring you lights. and they are super nice if you bring a driver also for the driver the care super nice. thanks a lot!!

Very relaxing room, close to everything but still away from the shops and restaurants noise. I highly recommend! The host was also very caring and made very nice breakfast.

The room was nice, had a nice comfortable sleep. The attention to cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations. Waking up to the sounds of birds was an added luxury you get here with natural surroundings. the unobstructed mountain view from my room was a perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

From delicious lunches and dinners to delightful surprises and the most mouth-watering fish barbecue - probably the best meal I have had in the two months I have been in Sri Lanka. Beyond the culinary delights, our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Immaculately clean, equipped with a kitchen containing everything one could possibly need, and beautifully built and decorated. Originally intending to stay for four nights, we found ourselves captivated by the charm of Charming Dark Lodge, extending our stay to twelve nights. Departing was bittersweet, as we had grown attached to the unparalleled hospitality and the tranquil ambiance of our temporary home. A particularly memorable moment was celebrating my birthday during our stay. Our host went above and beyond to ensure it was an unforgettable occasion, adding a personal touch that truly made me feel special. Without a doubt, if I ever find myself in Sri Lanka again, Charming Dark Lodge will be my first choice for accommodation. Quiet, nice and brand new hotel. Stuff is extraordinary kind, the food was brilliant. If I ever meet the owner, i'm going to ask him who planned the bathrooms :) Honestly we had nothing to complain. On top area around the infinty pool was the perfect place to chill after a long day! Make sure you take a tuk tuk to the beach and go swimming with turtles, best expierence during the whole vacation!

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja grillimisvõimalusega Sky View Cabin Unawatuna asub Unawatunas, 1,2 km kaugusel Bonavista rannast. The bungalows were very nicely made, with a lot of attention to detail and considering the needs of the guests. We really enjoyed our stay. It was spotless clean and all amenities were super new. There was also a shared kitchen in the garden that we can use. In the morning we were surprised by the size and quality of the breakfast. Owners really do their job with care and love. I would definitely book it again. The location was not right by the Unawatuna Beach but it is easy to access by public or walking. Also, a nice hike to the Jungle Beach.
