Within a walk distance, you can easily find local foods. The ancient painting of Ipon is near, too. You can do some birdwatching and see lovely monkeys. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)
