Amazing pool with plenty of places to relax in the shade; food was great; breakfast was possible from 5AM for those who want to start their hike early; and the owner was just the nicest person! Even gave us home-made snacks to eat on our hike. Would definitely recommend spending the night here!!

This place is deep in a canyon, middle of nowhere with much better amenities than most South American cities. Staff were incredible and spoke amazing English. Great tips and Information given. Really nice breakfast & dinner (Multiple courses). Do yourself a favour a spend one of your Colca Canyon nights here! They also serve you fruit and vegetables grown on the property. Avocados are unreal!

Situated 14 km from Colca Canyon and 9 km of Cabanaconde Casa de virginia offers accommodation 9 km away from Cabanaconde.. Best stay in Llahuar! Rooms are basic but clean and warm during the night. I had a room with stones inside and it was very nice! Really hot shower any time! Beautiful garden to relax, with 3 pools with thermal water. You can also go to 2 pools right on the river. Stunning views of the canyon and the river, from atop you see everything. Delicious dinner, tasty pancakes for breakfast. The staff is super helpful, you feel at home, very cosy and relaxed vibe. Easy to reach from san juan, 4 hrs walking. Transport can be arranged to cabanaconde if you don't want to climb up. Highly recommend this place!

The room and restaurant area were very clean. Edgar, the manager, was exceptional. We saw condors and eagles throughout the entire day. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets kept us warm. The water from the shower was hot. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Vews, with a calming atmosphere. Exactly what we needed in between our travels. Lovely hot shower.

Located in Cabanaconde, Paraiso Las Palmeras Lodge can be found in the Colca Canyon. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and restaurant at this lodge. After trekking 11h we were looking forward to jump into the pool and eat. Pool was really nice: don't understand the other reviews. Dinner was vegetarian and was around 20 soles. Breakfast at 5am with loooots of carbs Room was OK, hot water, clean, towels, good wifi.

Surrounded by greenery and hills at the bottom of the Sangelle Valley and offering an outdoor pool and free breakfast, Oasis Paraiso Ecolodge is located in Cabanaconde. A beautiful ecolodge in the centre of the oasis! The rooms are basic but comfortable, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful, and the food is delicious. Cozy and comfortable, a great place to stay after a long day of trekking or to prepare for the final ascent :)

Llahuar Lodge features a garden, 3 hot spring thermal water pools that is open 24hours. It is located a 3-hour walk from Huaruro waterfalls and 9 km from Canamaconde town. the hot springs at night was the highlight of the colca canyon hike, and the staff was super nice and helped us reserve a place in a different location for the next night of the hike.
