Situated in Skukuza, 10 km from Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery and 2 km from Skukuza Museum, Kruger Shalati - Train on The Bridge & Garden Suites features accommodation with free WiFi, air... This was hands down one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location was fantastic, but it was the service from the front desk, to the personalized game drives and even the super clean car we returned to. The food and wait staff were excellent as well. They really treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

Located in Skukuza, Umkumbe Safari Lodge Riverside provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. This was our final stop in a 10 day trip around Kruger and the greater Kruger area and it was the absolute cherry on top of an amazing exploration. The location on the river is amazing and a dip in the pool looking out at passing wildlife is a true delight. What set this stay apart however was the game drives and our incredible guide Shannon. We were fortunate enough to be able.to see both wild dogs and in our final morning game drive two leopard cubs/eight months old. Shannon is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guides we have encountered in our travels around the world. Her capacity to find wildlife is remarkable and at the same time the respect she has for conservation.meant that we were able to see these rare creatures but without causing them stress. I would go back again in a heart beat and only wish we had been able to spend more time. Bed and room was comfortable. Food was plentiful and delicious.

Not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe Zarafa. Suffice to say that the comfortable and stylish accommodation, the location, the delicious food and the charming smiling staff are only surpassed by the generosity and kindness of the host, Barrie. He is a man who truly understands hospitality and his eye for detail and interest in the comfort of his guests are guaranteed to make anyone's stay at Zarafa memorable.
